What's Included with Conference Registration:

Access to all technical sessions (posters, orals, workshops), exhibit booths & hospitality suites, and daily coffee breaks.

These items NOT included and must be purchased separately:

*Social event/aquarium ticket (available to purchase in the online registration portal);

*optional Asilomar meal tickets for those lodging offsite (available to purchase in the online registration portal);

*Asilomar lodging is NOT included and must be purchased separately using the Asilomar Lodging page on this site.

Use printable registration form if you will mail a check (for US residents only).

If you have already registered for the conference and wish to edit your registration or ADD-ON an item such as Aquarium social event ticket, optional meal tickets, companion badge, or switch from on-site to off-site lodging, you can return to your original record using this link and add-on the item(s). If you are not able to locate your record, send an email to enc@enc-conference.org. 

NOTE: Aquarium ticket sales CLOSE on APRIL 1 (before the conference). 

Use online registration for conference registration, social event ticket purchase, and optional Asilomar meal tickets if you will not reserve a room at Asilomar. Guest room reservation is separate. Go to Asilomar Lodging to reserve a guest room.

Regular: PI's, professionals, academic staff, postdocs

  • Regular DISCOUNT, if you will reserve a room at Asilomar.
  • Regular Offsite, if you will not reserve a room at Asilomar.

Students: Full-time students up to and including Ph.D. at the time of the conference, not including postdocs.

  • Student DISCOUNT, if you will reserve a room at Asilomar.
  • Student Offsite, if you will not reserve a room at Asilomar.

    *DISCOUNT is $200 for attendees that will reserve their guest room at the Asilomar Conference Center.

    Retired investigators with no financial support may inquire about special subsidized conference registration.  Send inquiry to enc@enc-conference.org.

    Cancellation Policy

    There is a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations received on or before March 22. After March 22, no refunds.  Send requests for cancellation to enc@enc-conference.org.

    Conference registration is not transferrable to another person.

    Items for Purchase in Registration


    AQUARIUM SOCIAL EVENT TICKETS, Thursday evening, April 10:  $100 per ticket for conference attendee ($150 per guest / companion).

    Aquarium ticket sales CLOSE on APRIL 1 (before the conference). 

    This special conference closing event will be a private event at the world-renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium. The full aquarium will be accessible during the event with exception for special mammal exhibits that close at sunset (e.g. sea otters).

    ASILOMAR MEAL TICKETS FOR  Off-SITE ATTENDEES. If you will not lodge at Asilomar you may purchase lunch or dinner tickets in advance in the conference registration system. 

    • Lunch ticket bundle of 4 tickets (Mon-Thurs), $130.
    • Dinner tickets may be purchased per night for Mon-Wed at $45 per dinner ticket. 
    A limited number of tickets may be available for purchase from the Asilomar front desk during the meeting, but we cannot guarantee availability for these onsite purchases. If you are unable to use a purchased meal ticket, you may share it with a colleague or fellow attendee.

    Companion Badge. Purchase a companion badge for your guest (friend / spouse / caretaker).
