  • Regular DISCOUNT, if you will reserve a room at Asilomar.
  • Regular Offsite, if you will not reserve a room at Asilomar.

Students: Full-time students up to and including Ph.D. at the time of the conference, not including postdocs.

  • Student DISCOUNT, if you will reserve a room at Asilomar.
  • Student Offsite, if you will not reserve a room at Asilomar.

Cancellation Policy

There is a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations received on or before March 22. After March 22, no refunds.  Send requests for cancellation to enc@enc-conference.org.

Conference registration is not transferrable to another person.

Items for Purchase in Registration

AQUARIUM SOCIAL EVENT TICKETS, Thursday evening, April 10:  $100 per ticket for conference attendee ($150 per guest / companion).

This special conference closing event will be a private event at the world-renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium. The full aquarium will be accessible during the event with exception for special mammal exhibits that close at sunset (e.g. sea otters).

ASILOMAR MEAL TICKETS FOR  Off-SITE ATTENDEES. If you will not lodge at Asilomar you may purchase lunch or dinner tickets in advance in the conference registration system. 

  • Lunch ticket bundle of 4 tickets (Mon-Thurs), $130.
  • Dinner tickets may be purchased per night for Mon-Wed at $45 per dinner ticket. 
A limited number of tickets may be available for purchase from the Asilomar front desk during the meeting, but we cannot guarantee availability for these onsite purchases. If you are unable to use a purchased meal ticket, you may share it with a colleague or fellow attendee.

Companion Badge. Purchase a companion badge for your guest (friend / spouse / caretaker).
