Student Travel Stipends

  • Applicant must be a full-time graduate student at the time of the conference.
  • Must be the presenting author on a submitted abstract.
  • Hotel accommodation is not provided with a travel stipend.
  • Preference is given to applicants who have not previously received a stipend.
  • No more than one student from a research group may apply.
  • Complete the online application by the January 9, 2026 deadline
  • Recipient must claim the award within 30 days of the ENC conference.
  • A letter of support from advisor is required for the application. Letter may be uploaded by applicant or sent by advisor directly to enc@enc-conference.org by the January 9 deadline.
