Student Travel Stipends

The ENC student travel stipend amount varies each year depending upon outside support of this vital program. Each recipient receives a free conference registration in addition to the stipend funds. We hope to confirm the amounts for 2025 student travel stipends by early January.

Application & Eligibility

  • Applicant must be a full-time graduate student at the time of the conference.
  • Must be the presenting author on a submitted abstract.
  • Hotel accommodation is not provided with a travel stipend.
  • Preference is given to applicants who have not previously received a stipend.
  • No more than one student from a research group may apply.
  • Complete the online application by the to-be-determined January deadline
  • A letter of support from advisor is required for the application. Letter may be uploaded by applicant or sent by advisor directly to enc@enc-conference.org by the January 10 deadline.
