Lead Retrieval - FREE

New option built-in to the conference App, compatible with Android & iOS:
[NB: Mobile app will launch March 26 or 27] The conference mobile app features a built-in lead scanner. Details on how it works HERE. All registrants including vendor complimentary registrations and booth staff have access to the mobile app. If you have not already installed the conference mobile app, do so NOW. Use these Sample badges for testing lead retrieval.

Option for iOS only (no longer compatible with Android), BadgerScan:
Due to changes with Google developer requirements, BadgerScan app now only works with iOS devices. Learn more about Badgerscan. If you have an iOS device and will use BadgerScan, review the Lead Capture Checklist by BadgerScan BEFORE you travel to the conference. Use these Sample badges for testing lead retrieval.

All exhibitors will received a pre-conference registration list a final pre-conference registration list on April 7. The list will include Name, Affiliation, State/Region for each pre-registered attendees. Additional contact information was provided for those attendees that opted in to share their details with conference exhibitors.


Late Sign-up for a Booth is still possible until March 27.

Exhibit Booth Floor Plan (updated 03-23-2026 AM) - Use this floor plan to formulate the 1st and 2nd choice booth choices on your order form. Check this link frequently as we will update as booths are reserved.
