Daily self-park rates for all ENC attendees (hotel guests or those staying offsite is $7/day).
If you are NOT staying at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, please review this information.
If you arrive by car for the day only, we suggest self-parking. Cost for ENC attendees is $7/day. There is a guard gate at the beginning of the hotel driveway. Tell the guard you are "here for the ENC conference". The guard gate attendant will give you a dashboard pass which indicates the $7 rate. If you do not obtain one of these, please ask at Registration Counter. You will pay $7 when you leave the property at the end of the day (for hotel guests it will be on your guest room bill).
If you arrive on foot from a nearby hotel, there is a LONG 0.3 mile driveway. You will stop at the guard gate to let them know you are headed to the hotel for the "ENC Conference". There is a hotel shuttle that will pick you up at the guard gate, simply request this from the guard. The shuttle runs back and forth from guard gate to hotel front door on a demand / request basis. If you are not in a rush, enjoy the walk!
All conference sessions, posters, exhibits, and hospitality suites are located at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.
