Lodging at Asilomar

Conference Week April 7 - 12, 2019

Room reservations will remain open while supplies last! If you need a day or two before/after the conference, reserve first for the conference week and then send an email to enc@enc-conference.org. We will make request for you to Asilomar.

The guest rooms at Asilomar are charming and comfortable. Accommodations include five nights lodging and meals (dinner on Sunday through lunch on Friday), taxes and fees. All rooms are non-smoking and have private bathrooms; however, rooms do not have telephones or televisions. Asilomar provides WiFi throughout the grounds, including guest rooms. Conference week lodging is limited to conference registrants and their guests.

Asilomar has completed many upgrades and improvements over the last two years including free WiFi throughout the grounds, new walkways, illuminated signs, renovated kitchen in Crocker Dining Hall and redesigned Social Hall with a cafe serving light meals and beverages.

Asilomar Lodging Occupancy Types

All on-site conference week accommodations include 5 nights lodging, meals, taxes and fees.
  • Single Room (one person, one bed):  $1,425.75. 
  • Participant with guest (2 people, one king bed): $950.00 per person.
  • Double occupancy - roommate request) (2 people, two beds):  $949.50 per person.
  • Triple occupancy - roommate requests (3 people, 3 beds):  $809.70 per person.
  • Quad occupancy - roommate requests (4 people, 4 beds):  $739.55 per person.

Roommates - How-to (if you are interested)

Each person sharing a room must reserve separately. You will be charged per person rate based on the occupancy type. Note: The number of guests in the room is set to default and will remain at " 1 Adult."  If you wish to request specific roommate(s), be sure to include name(s) of roommates in the "other information" section when you complete online Guest Information. If requested roommate does not make a reservation, roommate will be assigned if possible.  

Saturday Night Stay (April 6, 2019)

There are a limited number of rooms for arrival on Saturday afternoon prior to the conference. The Saturday rate includes dinner on Saturday through lunch on Sunday, taxes and fees.

  • Single Room:  $285.15
  • Double occupancy - roommate request:  $190 per person
  • Triple occupancy - roommate request:  $161.94 per person
  • Quad occupancy- roommate request:  $147.91 per person

Off-Site Attendees and Participants

There is a charge of $150 for use of Asilomar facilities if you are not lodging at Asilomar.

ALERT: Beware Fraudulent Housing/Hotel Company Contacting Exhibitors or Invited Speakers

Beware of "housing pirates" that may contact you by phone or email. These are scams. ENC and/or Asilomar will NEVER solicit you directly to book your hotel room. We are already aware that at least one "housing pirate" company is calling ENC exhibitors to book discounted hotel rooms at Asilomar. Remember, ENC does not solicit attendees for housing reservations. Please do not be baited by anyone who does.
